Cognition's Windsurf blog sets new plans effective Thursday 19 Mar 2026: Free $0, Pro $20, Teams $40 per seat, and a new Max plan at $200, with daily/weekly quotas instead of prompt credits. Existing Pro $15 and Teams $30 developer seats are grandfathered indefinitely.
