AWS stops new Q Developer Free accounts (Builder ID in IDE plugins) and new Pro subscriptions. Existing Pro orgs can still add users. Plugins and paid subscriptions reach end of support on 30 Apr 2027 as AWS steers customers to Kiro. List prices stay Free and Pro $19/user/month for remaining customers.
